Many doctors have told the patients to skip junk foods and prepare their own homemade foods .. Now lots of them going a step further and start teaching them how to do it !!!
It is not a joke , it is true 

- Some are building teaching kitchens or creating food pantries right next to their practice . Others are prescribing culinary education programs in hope of improving their patient's nutrition and overall health , some medical schools have even introduced culinary curriculum to train more doctors to talk with patients about healthy nutrition and how to prepare a healthy food . 



- Now the doctors on America can demonstrate something they want patient such as how to grind flax-seed that costs the patient's nothing but the patients payout of pocket for cooking classes which vary in cost depending on length , For example : 5 days food adventure camp for 7-12 years old costs 125 $  

- A 14 years old girl that her blood test showed that she was pre-diabetic have been advised by a doctor to do that kind of recipe . The first recipe was about the bean burger . 

- The method is to make the food that she must try to be healthy . '' we now drink almond milk , we have vegetables and salads and very little red meat .. even when we eat out , we eat healthier '' girl's mother said , now the girl now lost 10 pounds and is down one dress size .
